Counselor-In-Training in Sugar Land
My name is Cat (Catherine Lovell) and I am a Counselor-Intern with District Counseling Sugar Land. I am under the supervision of Cynthia Rojas, MA, LPC.
I am a native Houstonian, born and raised in the heart of East End Houston, Texas where I spent the last 6 years as an educator. It was in my work as an educator where my passion for helping others grew beyond the classroom and sparked my desire to pursue counseling. I am now currently working to complete my Master of Education in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Lamar University.
Life can be complicated, challenging, and difficult to navigate. Often times we can feel overwhelmed, alone, or misunderstood. I want to offer a safe, non-judgmental space to hear your story and guide you in your path towards healing, growth, and self-love. I believe we have all the answers we need within us; all we need is a little help to discover them for ourselves.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son and fiancé, watching movies and shows, listening to music, and trying out new places around Houston.
